FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I’m an artist/illustrator/designer – how do I submit work to be considered for a feature on your site, or a product collaboration?
We always enjoy hearing from creatives and discovering new projects. Please send us a brief description of what you do and a range of images to info@wrapmagazine.com. However, we receive a lot of submissions, so unfortunately we’re not able to reply to everyone personally, but we do look at everything that’s sent and will be in touch if there’s an opportunity to share your work.

I’m a writer or photographer – who should I get in touch with about potentially working with you?
Please send a brief description of what you do and some examples of your work to our editor polly@wrapmagazine.com.

Do you accept applications for interns?
We don’t currently have an intern programme, but if a job opportunity comes up at the studio we’ll advertise through our social media and newsletter.

I’m a retailer and would like to stock your cards/products in my shop. How can I get more information?
We are always happy to hear from new retailers. You can find out more information and a link to our current wholesale catalogue HERE.

Do I have to pay customs or import charges?

Deliveries to customers outside the UK may be subject to sales tax or VAT when they arrive in the destination country. There may also be additional customs processing charges from the courier company.

You are responsible for paying customs and import charges, and we have no control over them.

We are not currently part of the IOSS scheme for deliveries to the EU. We hope to join it next year.
