Coronavirus – delivery update

Due to reduced staffing across UK and international postal services, and a reduction in airfreight services, items are taking a little longer to be delivered. Here’s how your order may be affected:
- orders within the UK could take up to 7 days. However we’re now sending wrapping paper and larger orders by courier to ensure items are delivered within 3-5 days.
- orders to Europe can take up to 2-3 weeks. Where possible larger orders will be sent by courier to ensure a faster delivery of around 3-7 days.
- orders to all other destinations including the USA and Canada are taking up to 4 weeks. Where possible we are sending orders by courier bringing deliveries down to approximately 7 days


How can I contact you about my order?
If you have any questions about your order please email us at orders@wrapmagazine.com and we'll reply as soon as possible.

How do you send out your orders?
Orders are normally dispatched within 24hrs (or the next working day, if you’ve ordered over the weekend). Within the UK orders are sent by 1st Class Royal Mail or by courier (normally UPS), depending on the size of the order, and international orders are all sent by Air Mail.

How long will my order take to arrive?
UK: 2-4 working days
EU: 7-10 working days
International: 10-14 working days

Why do you need my contact telephone number?
We ask for your telephone number in case we need to send your order using a courier service, as they typically need this in case they need to get in touch about your delivery. Please be assured we will not pass on your details to any third parties, and will only contact you by telephone if entirely necessary.

Why is international shipping so expensive?
Unfortunately sending goods by airmail from the UK is expensive, but please be assured we always do our best to find the most cost effective and efficient way to get your goods to you. And if we find that you've paid too much postage we'll refund you.

Do you accept returns?
We are only able to accept returns on faulty items or items delivered damaged. If there’s a problem with your order please get in touch with us at orders@wrapmagazine.com as soon as possible to discuss this, and we’ll help with your return.
