The work of Hanna Knonla

Having just got back from a really exciting research trip to Helsinki (we gathered some super content for our winter issue folks!) we thought we’d share with you the work of one of the fantastic illustrators we met up with whilst we were there.

Using bold colour blocking, along with hand drawn patterns and textures, Helsinki basedHanna Konola’s work is fresh and full of charm.

Since completing her studies with an MA in graphic design at Helsinki’s Aalto University, Hanna has been busy growing a strong portfolio of work, having been involved in a whole host of different projects from editorial illustration, book design, and print design for textiles, all alongside developing her own range of prints and cards.
